What we collect
When you reserve a table, submit an event inquiry, place an order, contact us, or join our VIP list, we collect the name, email address, phone number and any notes you provide. Order details (items, totals, service type) are stored with your order.
How we use it
We use your information to confirm and manage reservations and orders, to respond to inquiries, and, if you opt in, to send occasional news about new destinations and events. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments for online orders are processed by our point-of-sale provider. Card details are handled by that provider and are never stored on this website.
Third parties
We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, map embedding and analytics. Google Maps and Google Business reviews are embedded from Google and subject to Google's policies.
Cookies and advertising
With your consent we use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok to measure how guests find us and to show you Runway advertising on other platforms. You can decline these at any time using the cookie notice, and declining does not affect booking or ordering. When you give us your email through a booking, inquiry or message, we may add you to our guest mailing list; every message includes an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting meet@runwayhollywoodfl.com.
